About Involve to Evolve CIC

Many communities are facing layered and complex challenges:

Rising living costs and financial instability

Reduced access to youth provision

Social isolation and family stress

Environmental concerns and lack of green skill pathways

Exposure to serious youth violence and limited safe dialogue spaces

Involve 2 Evolve CIC was established to respond directly to these pressures through practical, accessible and structured interventions.Our purpose is to:• Stabilise families experiencing hardship • Provide safe, structured engagement for young people • Develop practical and digital skills pathways • Promote sustainable and community-focused solutions • Encourage preventative dialogue around community safetyWe believe that communities evolve when individuals are supported, equipped and engaged in purposeful activity.

Our overarching aims are to:

1. Reduce immediate hardship by providing accessible, dignified support.
2. Increase protective factors for children and young people through structured engagement.
3. Improve confidence, skills and aspiration through practical learning opportunities.
4. Strengthen community resilience through collaborative partnership working.
5. Promote sustainability, responsibility and long-term community wellbeing.

Over the next 12–24 months, Involve 2 Evolve CIC aims to:• Increase the number of families supported through the Stronger Together Food Bank. • Expand the Bike Hub to provide regular structured repair sessions and training opportunities. • Deliver consistent weekly Stop & Play provision with measurable engagement tracking. • Launch and embed NXT Labs as a structured digital skills programme. • Facilitate Silent screenings and workshops to encourage preventative dialogue. • Strengthen safeguarding systems and governance frameworks. • Build sustainable funding partnerships to ensure long-term delivery capacity.These objectives provide a clear, scalable pathway for organisational growth and impact expansion.
